it wont load past checking for updates....... i waited 12 hrs and it went no further

Are you using the latest launcher (from the .sfx.exe file)?
If that doesn't work, try disabling anything that could be blocking your connection (Antivirus/Internet Security programs, etc.)

there are no flobs in newbietown!! i cant get my weapons badge to leave plz help

im using the latest launcher and im not running any programs to block it..... it loads up, goes to checking for updates and never changes

Did you specify the correct installation directory when you first opened the launcher?
Check to make sure your registry key matches with your installation directory:
Start > Run > Regedit > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > ENDLESS_AGESR > INSTALL_PATH

Don't forget the backslash at the end. =P

Is this game gonna be free still, and we gonna get out full items we bought and our accounts? i hope ^^

Click the giant yellow "Account Registration" link on the launcher

i can get it to connect but lmao i dont have that button

can anyone send me all the EARevolution files in a zip? or show where to DL? otherwise ill leave game on overnight and DL em

Download GameFiles.rar - This has most of what you'll need.
If you use this, however, you'll have to manually update your EARevolution.EDB, EARevolution.APX, and EARevolution.MOD, as these have been updated since I've made that .rar.
It also does not contain most of the new maps.

Having a similar problem as douche, launcher gets stuck on checking for updates and is creating a "play endlessages" file on my desktop everytime i run the launcher, going to download the client again and start over..

lol i wish i could catch the server when its up i havent played since reborn went down.

i keep trying to create an account but every time i click on "Create an account" it just says broken link. Any ideas?

The server is down right now. You might want to try that link again when the server is up.

I don't have a world on my launcher and I tried uninstalling it and trying again but nothing will work. Help?

And when I click on either Account Registration or Account Managment it does nothing.
Also i did have an account in EA reborn but I can't remeber my password, my account name was Razor347.

The server is down at the moment. That's why there is no world name in the launcher. It is also why the Account Registration and Management links will not work.

Any hint on when the server will be back up?

From what I understand, there has been too much trouble raising the funds to host the server, so it's going back to closed beta, for those willing to pay to play until they can get more issues resolved. Hopefully we'll get more concrete information soon.

The game has gone back into closed testing due to funding issues.

Too bad with it not being open, its pretty not worth playing, since the only reason most people still play EA is for the community...
Not very fun playing a mmo singleplayer =p.
But, power 2 EA, power to its people, I'd donate, but it could only be like $10 since I'm having trouble even paying my bills ^^.

Should look like
INSTALL_PATH REG_EXPAND_SZ (DriveLetter):\Program Files (x86)\Endless Ages\

Okay, help plz. I'm running windows vista64bit on a sony vaio. anyway, i have the sfx file and installed it. i have an icon on the desktop and the folder in my program files. everytime i launch it the launcher comes up and the "world" is blank, and when i try to click on the links, i get an internet explorer error page. help plz?

Had you bothered to read any other recent posts, in this thread or on the forum in general, you'd know that the server is d-o-w-n. Down meaning there's no possible way to play. Though news is "coming soon" as it always is everywhere.

Your other issue is that Vista is a resource wasting pile of junk of an operating system. Please at least update to Windows 7 when you have the chance.

Here I was troublshooting my install and after I press submit I see the posts about server being down........ Oh well.
