Cleaned Site Up - *Updated 2/16/2012*

Cleaned the forums/site up a bit. It seems in my absence spam bots have decided to make this their new home. The bots have been banned/deleted. New members are moderated and all the spam threads have been deleted and the forums restored.

Updated vBulletin to the latest version as well as all the plugins.

Seems there is still no EA server online. Was hoping someone would figure this out without me but it seems that will not be the case. I have very little free time but will be happy to spend what time I do have helping anyone who has a server to run this on.
