Thread: video for new ea

HINT: i think it would be wise to video tape all the areas of ea and then put a spawn event or something have this planned and have teams go in and fighting agroed mobs that sort of stuff. i think that if u did something like that type of video u could possibly bring more and more players to the game and maybe add a 5 or 10 dollar fee to play the game then after if they want stuff from trading post i suggest getting all that anti bugged so they could possibly play. what im saying is that if the new players that have played and are paying right now get to play but as far as new people joining the forums and the game that they maybe pay a fee of 5 or 10 dollar that could get u some money. but take the idea of making a video bc i bet u that u could actually bring lots of people if u were to show parts of the area within zones of MW and that u go to those zones of where ak bt and those other places.

this is just an idea u might and might not take it

Well the only decent video capture tool I've personally used is fraps and it save in raw avi (1min = 1gb) I was planning to make some vids but right now I'm still working on the software.
EDIT-Found one called CamStudio - works pretty well and its free.

Fraps is much better.

And torn that attitude is why the game isn't up 24/7.

but my attitude isnt the reason the mobs go down or the server crashes XD

Shoot footage with fraps, then use either windows movie maker or adobe premiere. Personally I prefer adobe premier.

I like fraps but I dont like the 30 second thing. I love using gamecam (gamecamportal.com) but it doesnt work with EA. The game wont start if you have Gamecam running, and im not entirly sure if you can use it in windowed mode either :/
