New Forum Issues

Something I've noticed is that the forum and home page change window sizes for me. I'm using VISTA It goes from normal to like magnified and spans across the entire screen - bringing up the little raido boxes down below to adjust the left to right.

also as Holynecros mentioned, when the news things are clicked, there is a permission message that comes up.
